Colvin’s reporting was powerful as she focused on what happens when bullets strike and bombs explode\, and the fate of women and children under siege\, starving or fleeing. She took great risks to document the horror of war at the heart of it\, and she paid for it with her life...shortly after a live TV interview with Anderson Cooper in Homs\, Syria.
