The film was born of the director's self-described “mind-blowing” visit to a workshop where performers from across the city recited fearlessly personal texts. They include a skating guitarist\, a tagger\, two wannabe rappers\, an exasperated fast-food worker and a limo driver\, all who weave in and out of scenes\, and through poetry express life\, love\, heartache\, family\, home and fear.
